Curtis Brown is a Disabled Gulf War Veteran that overcame 18 years of addiction to opiates and psychotropic meds and 16 major surgeries that stemmed from his military career and nearly destroyed him and his family.

Curtis now has his own radio show at KKHT FM 100.7 THE WORD “Battlefield Connections”, the Curtis Brown Foundation that helps veterans connect with resources that they need to overcome the struggles that the veterans and their families endure daily.  The Curtis Brown Foundation has teamed up with Memorial Hermann and numerous doctors to help get our Veterans the care that they need.  They have also teamed up with Matt Barnhill of Barnhill and Associates Christian Counseling, local acupuncturists and medical massage therapists, chiropractors and much more.
Curtis now wants to take this a step further.
Curtis is giving $3.00 of each book sold to local businesses in Fort Bend and Brazoria counties to help them stay afloat and pay their employees during this tough time.  Curtis knows personally that God Is Bigger than all of this!  You can learn more about Curtis by going to Curtisbrown.org his foundation web page.  Remember that this page is growing so if you have any questions please contact him.

Curtis has also teamed up with Branding Matters t-shirt print shop in Sugar Land, TX to print his official foundation t-shirts.  Curtis is giving ALL profit from each t-shirt sold to a fellow veteran and one of his foundation board members Chris Frazier and his wife Katie Frazier of Texas Roadhouse in Rosenberg, TX to help them pay their 130 employees while helping the local small business Branding Matters stay afloat during this time of crisis.  We are in a different war and I am fighting for my country and community any way that I can.  Curtis also teaches Battlefield Connections Connect groups with Sugar Land Baptist Church in Sugar Land.
