61 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Brazoria County, 5 recovered: See the complete list

Brazoria County on Friday increased its count of coronavirus cases by 9 bringing the total to 61.

Health officials have said that the numbers are expected to grow as widespread testing for the virus begins to increase.

Several testing sites opened in the Brazoria County area this past week.

Here’s is what we know about the confirmed cases in Brazoria County: (in bold are Pearland cases)

  1. 45-year-old Alvin resident. Rodeo related
  2.  35-year-old Alvin resident.  Rodeo related.
  3. Female, between the age of 50-60, and resides in the Pearland area. Travel-related
  4. Male, between the ages of 40-50, and resides in the Rosharon area.  The individual is not hospitalized and is recovering at a private residence.
  5. Male, between the ages of 40-50, and resides in the Rosharon area.  The individual is not hospitalized and is recovering at a private residence.
  6. Male, between the ages of 45-55. He resides in the Pearland area and is at home recovering in isolation. Travel related.
  7. Male, between the ages of 40-50. He is in Pearland and is now in self-isolation. Travel related.
  8. Male, between the ages of 40-50. He resides in Pearland and is at home recovering in isolation. Travel related.
  9. Female, between the ages of 65-75. She resides in Pearland and is at home recovering in isolation.  Travel related.
  10. Male, between the ages of 50-60. He resides in Alvin and is at home recovering in isolation. Travel related.
  11. Male between the ages of 25-35 and resides in Angleton. He is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.
  12. Male between the ages of 55-65 and he resides in Clute. He is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.
  13. Male between the ages of 20-30 and he resides in Rosharon. He is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.
  14. Male, between the ages of 50-60. He resides in Pearland and is at home recovering in isolation. This case is not travel related.
  15. Female between the ages of 20-30 and resides in Angleton. She is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation. Not travel-related
  16.  Male between the ages of 50-60 and he resides in Pearland. He is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation. Not travel- related.
  17.  Female between the ages of 20-30 and resides in Angleton. She is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.
  18.  Male between the ages of 50-60 and he resides in Pearland. He is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.
  19. Female between the ages of 50-60 and resides in Lake Jackson. She is in stable condition and recovering in home isolation.  Her case was not travel related.

  33. Female between the ages of 75-85 and resides in Pearland. She is hospitalized in a Houston hospital.  This case is not travel related.

  45. Female between the ages of 25-35 and resides in Lake Jackson. She is recovering in home isolation.
  46. Male between the ages of 45-55 and resides in Freeport. He is recovering in home isolation.
  47. Female between the ages of 45-55 and resides in Lake Jackson.  She is recovering in home isolation. This case is not travel related.
  48. Female between the ages of 45-55 and resides in Rosharon. She is recovering in home isolation.
  49. Female between the ages of 45-55 and resides in Pearland. She is recovering in home isolation.
  50.  Male between the ages of 60-70 and resides in Clute. He is recovering in home isolation.
  51. Female between the ages of 45-55 and resides in Rosharon.  She is hospitalized and is in stable condition.
  52. Male between the ages of 40-50 and resides in Alvin. He is recovering in home isolation.
  53.  Female between the ages of 85-95 and resides in Freeport. She is hospitalized.
  54.   Female between the ages of 25-35 and resides in Pearland. She is recovering in home isolation.
  55.  Female between the ages of 70-80 and resides in Rosharon. She is recovering in home isolation.
  56.  Male between the ages of 70-80 and resides in Rosharon. He is recovering in home isolation.
  57. Female between the ages of 30-40 and resides in Manvel.
  58.  Female between the ages of 30-40 and resides in Pearland
  59.  Male between the ages of 50-60 and resides in Rosharon. He is recovering in home isolation.
  60. Male between the ages of 20-30 and resides in Pearland. 
  61.  Female between the ages of 50-60 and resides in Rosharon. She is recovering in home isolation. 

    The Brazoria County Health Department continues to investigate all confirmed cases in the County.

As of today, March 28, Brazoria County has five individuals who fully recovered and released from home isolation.
